A double post

Major:

Bear has let me go first. Well, what an exciting weekend. I went to my first dog shows! Not to be shown but just for practice on how to walk on a lead nicely and how to be calm and collected. Well, I failed at both. I was a little overawed about it all. But Sue said I was getting there. I have to practice more is all. I hope I get to go again.

Apart from that I have been playing and eating. Bear says I'm getting a bit of a puku on me. She can be so mean sometimes. Oh and Sue bought me a special toy all of my own. I think she thought she was being nice but really, fluffy toys are NOT dog toys. They are kids toys and you are not allowed to chew on them.

Banderbear:
Well, I've about had enough! Ziggy and Major are getting far too much attention. Look at me locked inside while they get all the love. I was even second best at the dog shows. I'm not used to being second, especially not to smelly boys.
And I had to get up really early on the weekend to go to the shows. Boy even my Blog has been taken over. ARRGGHHHHH.

Flattened!

Boy, running around and supervising my brother is hard work. After I had showed him all the places not to go, and all the toys that are mine I had to have a little rest in a cool spot. Doing the frog on the wet croncrete is the fastest way to cool down. It kinda looks like a got squished.

Remember me?

Hi, I'm Major, Banderbears baby bro. I've come back for a little while, just till I get well and find myself a new family to live with. While I'm here Bear says I can use her blog to put up some posts. You might remember me as that tiny little puppy that never grew. Well, I grew, and grew, and grew. I think I got my dads genes for size.

Anyway, here I am looking really cute, with my pink mangy nose and wedge of a head.

I think I might like my holiday here. Today for breakfast I got fresh chicken necks and tonight for tea I got more chicken necks, wheat germ, kelp powder, ACV, a fresh free range egg from our own hens and this really stinky stuff called green tripe. Yum! I ate that first it was so delicious.

Got to go, Bear says its time for us to go outside to the loo before curling up in front of the fire for the night.

Bye!

That pesky rabbit keeps getting us in trouble!

It's decided to live in the section. It bounces in and out through the fences and along the fronts of our runs. It used to live int he paddocks with its mum and dad but they've got younger bunnies with them now so they must have kicked this one out of the nest. Sue says one day our luck will be in and it'll be too fat to fit through the fence and we'll have rabbit for dinner.
That's if the pesky neighbours cat doesn't get it first. It's seen it in no mans land between our two properties and it's got dibs on it. I don't know. I reckon it could be a case of the cat got the rabbit and the dog got the cat!
